摘要
提出了一种基于瞬时电流控制的抑制开关磁阻电机转矩脉动的微步控制策略.设计了以TMS320LF2407为主控制器的电动汽车用开关磁阻电机数字化驱动系统,给出了系统的硬件电路和软件框图.采用转矩矢量控制策略,有效地抑制了转矩脉动.仿真实验结果表明,本系统具有良好的动态和静态特性,可有效地抑制转矩脉动,满足电动车控制需要.
The micro-step method based on the phase current aiming to reduce the torque ripple was proposed.The SRM driving system used in the electric vehicle was presented by TMS320LF2407 as main controller.The hardware circuit and the software block diagram were presented. The system adopted the novel torque vector control strategy, it can effectively reduce the torque ripple.The results from simulation and experiment show that this system possesses good dynamic and static characteristic, can effectively minimize the torque ripple and satisfy the demand of the electric vehicle performances.
