摘要
煤矿事故的发生大多是由于人的不安全行为导致的,而人的不安全行为又受人的个性心理影响。从安全心理学的角度分析了矿工的个性心理特征及个性倾向性,探讨了掌握不同矿工的个性心理与提高煤矿安全管理的关系,对避免伤害和事故,促进煤矿安全生产具有一定的现实意义。
Happening of coal mine accidents dues to people＇s unsafe actions, which are influenced by people＇s personality. At the angle of safety psychology, the miner＇s personality characteristics and individuality predisposition are analyzed; the relationship between mastering miners＇ different personality and improving coal mine safety management is discussed; the realistic meaning on avoiding injury and accident and promoting coal mine＇s safety production is included in this paper.
