摘要 电厂离子交换树脂再生废水是电厂除盐工艺的水处理系统中产生的废水,均匀混合后CODCr可达300~450mg/L,BOD5/COD<0.1,生化性能很差,采用生物法处理无法达标。文章研究了采用Fenton试剂处理电厂难降解离子交换树脂再生废水的可行性,并采用单因素法得出处理最佳条件:pH=3.0~3.5;H2O2/FeSO4·7H2O(摩尔比)为36∶1;反应时间≥2h。 Regeneration wastewater of ion-exchange resin is caused by the softening processing in the electric plant. After even mixture, the biodegradable performance is worse, the CODCr is about 300-450 mg/L, BOD5/CODCr less than 0.1, which can not be treated by the biological process. Feasibility of Fenton agent used to treat the recalcitrant regeneration wastewater of ion-exchange resin in electric power plant is studied, the optimum operation conditions are obtained: pH=3.0-3.5, the ratio of H2O2/(FeSO4·7H2O)(mol/mol)=36:1, reaction time≥ 2 h.
