摘要 介绍了将超滤膜与反渗透膜技术应用于控制电镀工业减少废水排放量的具体工程实例,分析了该工程的环境和经济效益。结果表明,超滤膜和反渗透膜装置的运行情况良好,反渗透膜系统产水的电导率始终为3~6μs/cm,处理费用为2.475元/t。 The paper presents the real application of the ultra-filtrated membrane and reverse osmosis membrane to the control of electroplating to reduce discharge of industrial wastewater and analysis of the environmental and economic benefits of the application. The results showed that the equipment of ultra-filtrated membrane and reverse osmosis worked well, the electric conductivity of water produced from the reverse osmosis membrane system was always located in 3-6μs/cm, the treatment cost was 2.475 RMB/t.
