透视我国官员问责制的实践

Perspective of Practice of Offical Responsibility Mechanism in China

自2003年以来,我国官员问责再掀高潮。这是一项响彻中国政坛的重大体制改革措施,产生了积极的社会效应,但也存在不少问题。文章通过问责制所依据的法律规范性文件和问责制的实际执行两个方面的分析,指出官员问责制实践中存在的种种具体问题,以期对于我国官员问责制度的健全和完善有一定的启发意义。

Since 2003, Chinas official accountability has a high tide again. It has been shown a positive role and there are a lot of problems in practice. Through the analysis on legal documents based on official responsibility and practical implementation. The article offers the actual problems in the implementation of the responsibility. This is certainly instructive in the p＇erfection of official responsibility mechanism.
