高职院校内刊学报面临的困境与对策

The Difficult Situation College Journals Are Facing and Its Countermeasures

高职学院举办学报是"产学研结合"办学宗旨的必然要求,在没有申请到正式刊号的特殊阶段,利用内刊号办刊是不二选择。内刊学报现阶段尚没有引起学校的足够重视,栏目设置简单、特色不明显、文章质量不高,来源单一,而且面临着稿源不足、优秀稿件少,编辑的综合素质不高等困境。解决的办法有坚持引导,提高本院教职工的论文撰写水平;拓宽渠道吸收外稿,优稿优酬;重视稿源建设,建立院内激励机制;着力提高编辑的业务素质等。

College journal is the necessary requirement of the college running goal which aims at a combination of producing, learning and researching. It is the only choice for college journals to use inner numbers before they have formal approval ones. Colleges often pay less attention to the inner journals, for example, simple column design, lack of characteristics, poor quality of the articles, limited origination and the editors＇ limited inner qualities. In order to deal with so many problems, the author puts forward countermeasures, such as guiding correctly , improving the teachers＇ writing skills, taking in some outside articles and raising the payment for the writing, paying attention to the article construction, setting up the encouraging system in college and trying to improve the editors＇ ability, ect.
