摘要
运用金相显微镜、布维氏硬度仪等分析手段,对GCrl5轴承钢盘条经拉拔成钢丝后成品表面产生间断裂纹进行分析,结果表明盘条表面无裂纹,成品钢丝的裂纹主要产生于拉拔工艺过程。
Analyzing the causes of surface crack of GCrl5 bearing steel wire with metallurgical microscope, Brinell and Viekers Durometer, the result shows that the surface of wire rods has no crack, which comes from the course of drawing.
