摘要
本试验采用污水处理厂脱水污泥及高岭土、黑粘土和含铬废渣作为烧制陶粒的原料,通过配方设计试验获得陶粒性能指标与原料配比的函数关系,并确定了烧制污泥陶粒的最佳配方,通过正交设计等试验方法获得最佳的烧成工艺参数。以最佳原料配比和工艺参数烧制出的陶粒,其筒压强度为4.9MPa、吸水率仅为2.6%、堆积密度为676kg/m3,与同类产品相比具有一定的优势。
The experiment adopts dewatering sludge, kaolin, black clay and waste residues containing chromium in sewage plant as materials for firing ceramic granule. Function relation for target of ceramic granule capability and material mix can be obtained through designing experiment of filling prescription and the best prescription for firing sludge ceramic granule can be defined. The intensity of canister pressure, water-absorbing rate and pile density of ceramic granule with best prescription and technology parameter show 4.9MPa, 2.6% and 676kg/m3 respectively.
