迅猛发展的互联网在给大学生们带来巨大方便的同时,也伴随着不可忽视的负面影响,使大学生出现一些网络道德问题。而道德问题的出现与网络本身的技术特点和网络环境、学校网络道德教育的弱化、大学生自身心理、思想特点有着密切的联系。加强大学生网络道德教育,必须提高学生应用网络的基本能力和道德水平,建设"绿色校园网络",从制度上规范大学生的网络道德行为。

The fast development of Internet brings convenience to university students along with the unneglectable negative influence which causes some moral problems in university students. The appearance of moral problems has a close connection with Internet technology and environment, weakness about ethics education, and students＇ ideological and psychological characteristics. Therefore, it is vital to strengthen Internet moral education, improve students＇ moral level and their application ability, and build green campus Internet and standardize Internet moral behaviors of university students from the angle of system.
