摘要
本文研究了天然虫草菌与人工虫草菌的氨基酸含量。结果表明,天然虫草菌、人工虫草菌的总氨基酸含量稍有差异,但中性、酸性、碱性氨基酸和必需氨基酸在总氨基酸中所占百分比的高低基本一致。
s The content of amino acids in natural Cordyceps sinensis and in the mycelium of Cordyceps sinensis was determined. It was founel that the content of the total amino acid in natural Cordyceps sinensis and in mycelium of Cordyceps sinensis was litter different, the percentage of the neutral 、acid 、base amino acids and essential amino acids in total amino acids were basically the same.
