摘要
资产证券化业务在我国刚刚拉开序幕,本文介绍了在CMO的基础上发展起来的衍生工具IO和PO,分析了其收益中存在的风险,并提出从宏微观两方面入手进行风险防范。
Asset securitization has just begun in China, this article introduces IO and PO based on CMO, analyzing the risk existing in its income; at last, it points out how to prevent the risk by micro and macro measures.
