我国青年男子篮球运动员EPQ-RSC调查与分析

An EPQ-RSC Investigation and Analysis of Our Young Men's Basketball Players

运用艾森克人格问卷简式量表(EPQ—RSC),对我国青年男子篮球运动员进行测查。结果表明:(1)山东青年男子篮球运动员P、E、N、L 4项因子与全国青年常模比较,L维度差异显著(P<0.05);(2)中锋运动员P因子分数高于全国常模,后卫运动员的P因子分数低于全国常模,差异显著(P<0.05),后卫与前锋的L因子分数高于全国常模,且差异显著(P<0.05);(3)各位置之间、高中与初中、独生子女与非独生子女在不同因子上均存在差异。结论:青年男子篮球运动员整体上呈现关心他人,情绪较稳定的人格特质,具有社会掩饰性倾向,但有时过分夸大自我,易产生不良心理体验。教练员应依据青少年身心特点,塑造优秀篮球运动员所必需的人格特征。

Methods： Use EPQ -RSC to examine and investigate our young men＇s basketball players. Results： Compare the four elements of P, E, N and L with the norms of national youths, there is obvious difference in the L dimension （P 〈 0.05 ） ; the P element score for the centre forward player is higher than that of the national norm, while the P element score for the guard player is lower than of the national norm. The difference is obvious （ P 〈 0.05 ）, the L element score for the front forward and guard player is higher than that of the national norm and the difference is obvious （P 〈0.05）; there exists difference between different positions, between the senior middle school and the junior middle school, between single children and non single children in different elements. Conclusion： Young men basketball players generally display the character traits of caring about others, enjoying a comparatively stable mood and displaying the tendency of social concealment, but sometimes they overexaggerate themselves and are liable to bad psychological experience. Coaches should mould the compulsory character traits of excellent basketball players on the basis of the physical and psychological characteristics of the youth.
