摘要
目的:观察Listers结节尺侧缘经皮多针阶梯形排列固定治疗不稳定型尺桡骨干骨折的疗效。方法:根据就诊次序,采用抽签法,按照2:1的比例将158例不稳定型尺桡骨干骨折患者分为观察组102例,对照组56例,观察组采用从Listers结节尺侧缘经皮多针排列固定,对照组从桡骨茎突经皮固定,两组尺骨穿针方法相同。结果:两组优良率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),治疗前后桡骨弧度差值比较,两组差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:经Listers结节尺侧缘经皮多针阶梯排列固定有利于恢复桡骨弧度,固定稳定,能明显提高不稳定型尺桡骨干骨折的疗效。
Objective:To observe curative effect of pexis with percutaneous multi-pin trapezoid-arrangedly on Listers nodus of ulnaris lateral margin to cure unstable type fracture of shaft of radius and ulna.Methods:According to visit orders,lots and ratio of 2 to 1,158 cases of patients were divided into two groups,observe group(102 cases,fixed with percutaneous multi-pin trapezoid-arrangedly on Listers nodus of ulnaris lateral margin) and control group(56 cases,fixed per cutem on malleolus radialis),they were carried with the same method.Results:In two groups there had statistical discrepancy on the comparison of fine rates(P < 0.01) and values of radius radian pre-and post-therapy(P < 0.01).Conclusion:The method above could elevate obviously curative effect on unstable type fracture of shaft of radius and ulna for it' s benefit of recovering radius radian and fixing stably.
