边境区域核心竞争力的区位因素及其优化——以吉林省延边地区为例

REGIONAL FACTORS OF CORE-COMPETITIVENESS AT A BORDER REGIONAL AND HOW TO STRENGTH

边境区域核心竞争力是区域经济竞争的优势表现,是自己区域所特有的,它在短时期内是不能被其他区域超越、模仿、学习的一种素质和能力。区位因素所形成的核心竞争力也是最不易重复,最具特色的竞争力,每个城市都应具有自己的核心竞争力,并且能以其区域竞争优势获得更大的生存和发展空间。文章以延边为例,重点分析它所处的特殊地理位置所享有的自然资源、经济区位和政治区位,认为只有通过各种有效的开发、组织、利用,才能在社会经济的发展中转化为具有竞争力的现实优势。

At a border regional core - competitiveness is a strength and in any particular region it can not be, copied, imitated or surpassed by other regions in a short time. Besides, it is difficult to replicate core- competitiveness due to regional factors. Every city should have its own core - competitiveness in order to grow and develop. This article takes Yanbian city as an example by analysing its special geographical position, natural resource, economic and political positions. Only when all the factors mentioned above are efficiendy co - coordinated, can they transform the city into a strong economic power with many advantages.
