截面包络法加工椭球面的刀具轨迹算法研究

摘要 提出加工椭球面的截面包络法,采用VB编程实现了该算法并在此基础上生成NC程序。经实践验证,用截面包络法加工椭球面克服了等间隔参数法加工残留量不均匀、表面质量和加工效率不高等不足之处,能够满足光学自由曲面的加工精度要求。 The section envelope method to process ellipsoidal surface is presented, a VB program is designed to realize this arithmetic and a NC program is built based on the arithmetic. As proved in the experiment, the disadvantages of equal-space parameter method, such as uneven scallop height, lower surface quality and processing efficiency, can be overcome with the section envelope method and the required machining accuracy can be satisfied,
