摘要
为了解决实际生产中大模数滚刀的在线测量,提出一种滚刀容屑槽周节误差测量系统。该系统采用半桥式自感传感器DGC-6PG/A作为测量探头,由集成信号变送电路将传感器输出的交变电信号转换成直流信号,利用高精度AD转换器将直流信号变换成数字量,采用平均值法滤除白噪声对AD转换的影响,实现了对大模数滚刀容屑槽周节误差的在线精密测量。
To solve the problem of inline measuring hobs with bigger modulus in practice production, an inline measuring system for the circular pitch error of hobs is introduced. The half bridge inductive sensor DGC-6PG/A is used as measuring probe, the displacement is converted to DC quantity and to digital quantity basing on the integrated signal processing circuit and high-precision analog-to-digital converter, with the averaging method the white noise influence on AD conversion is removed. So the inline precision measurement for hobs with bigger modulus is carried out.
