本文以咸丰三年(1853年)太平军攻克南京"川盐济楚"后,湖北的盐政状况、盐税收入为考察对象,尤其以咸丰五年后官文、胡林翼对湖北盐政的整顿为重点,对湖北盐政制度进行梳理厘清。运用档案史料,准确统计出咸丰五年后湖北盐税收入。探讨胡林翼的经济思想,对一些似是而非的论点进行商榷辨析。

The article will explore the salt administration of Hubei Province after the third year of Xianfeng＇s reign（1853） when the Taiping forces conquered Nanjing. In particular, the article will focus on Guan Wen and Hu Linyi＇s regulation of the provincial salt administration based on historical documents. It will also discuss Hu Linyi＇s economic thought and discriminate some paradoxical arguments.
