20世纪中期以来,MBS在全球范围很多国家里得到了发展。作为一种金融创新,MBS受到各种因素的影响而表现出不同的特征,而金融制度构造的影响更是无法忽视的。本文研究和借鉴外国及中国香港地区金融制度构造影响下MBS模式运作实践,为中国大陆MBS发展提出相应的政策建议。

Since the middle period of the 20th century, MBS has been developed in many countries in the world. As a kind of financial innovation, MBS is influenced by various factors and demonstrates different characteristics. Definitely, the influence of financial system structure can＇t he ignored. The thesis will study the mode of MBS in accordance with the foreign financial system construction, and try to put forward the corresponding policy recommendations for China＇s MBS development.
