摘要
利用间歇式方法培养海水中的细菌,用极化曲线和电化学阻抗谱研究304不锈钢在有菌和无菌培养基中的腐蚀行为。研究表明,前者的阳极极化电流密度大于后者,且随着培养时间的延长,电化学阻抗值在无菌培养基中先降低后升高,而在有菌培养基中一直降低。表明海水中的细菌对304不锈钢的腐蚀起到促进作用,诱导了不锈钢点蚀的发生。
The bacteria in seawater were cultured in batch and the corrosion behavior of 304 stainless steel in the medium of marine microorganisms was investigated by polarization curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy, etc. Experimental results show that the stainless medium with bacteria is higher than that without bacteria, steel current density of anodic polarization in culture and the impedance value in medium without bacteria first decreases then increases, while in medium with bacteria decreases all through. In conclusion ,the bacteria in seawater accelerates the corrosion of 304 stainless steel and induces pitting corrosion to the 304 stainless steel.
