新型恶二唑类缓蚀剂的合成及其缓蚀性能 被引量:3

CORROSION INHIBITIVE EFFECT OF SUBSTITUTED OXADIAZOLE FOR CARBON STEEL IN HYDROCHLORIC ACID SOLUTION

摘要 合成了一种恶二唑类缓蚀剂2,5—(2—十一烷基)—1,3,4恶二唑(简称HOX),对其进行了表征,并采用静态失重法、动电位极化和电化学阻抗谱(EIS)研究其在HCl介质中对Q235钢的缓蚀作用。研究表明,所合成的恶二唑类化合物是一种性能优异的混合控制型酸性碳钢缓蚀剂,其在碳钢表面的吸附符合Langmuir吸附模型。 New Corrosion inhibitor named 2,5-bis (2-hendecyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole (HOX) was synthesized and characterized.Its inhibiting behavior for carbon steel in 1mol/L and 2 mol/L hydrochloric acid was investigated by means of weight loss, potentiodynamic polarization curves and electrochemical impedance methods. The results show that it behaves excellent as inhibitor at very low concentration. HOX suppressed both cathodic and anodic processes of steel corrosion in 1 mol/L and 2 mol/L HC1 solution by chemisorption on steel surface. It also indicates the adsorption is according to a Langmuir isotherm adsorption model.
