摘要
以一火电厂循环水泵监控系统改造为例,介绍以PLC逻辑控制为主体的循环水泵监控系统在火电厂的实际应用。监控系统用PLC内部逻辑取代繁琐的电气硬接线联锁,大大降低了电气故障的发生机率。通过改造前后的效果比对揭示了PLC与DCS相结合的控制方式更加适应于多段厂用电系统方式下循泵系统的运行要求。
This paper took the reform of circulating water pump monitor system as an example to introduced the application of the monitor system based on PLC logic control in thermal power plant. The system applied PLC internal logic instead of complicated electric cable connection interlock. Therefore, the probability of electric fault was reduced. Moreover by comparing effect of pre-reform with that of post-reform, the paper showed that the control model combined PLC and DCS was more applicable to the operation of circulating water pump in multi-segment auxiliary power system.
