摘要
内隐领导理论是个体关于理想的领导者的特质和能力的假设,是下属期望的领导特质和行为的认知结构或者图式。内隐领导理论加工方式包括认识基础的加工、推论基础的加工、自动加工和控制加工。其影响因素包括个体差异和文化差异。在内隐领导理论的发展过程中,主要形成了两种观点。在内隐领导理论的测量中,目前还没有一个公认问卷,各问卷各有特色。作为一种领导理论,内隐领导理论研究不仅具有很大的理论价值,也有重要的实践意义。
Implicit leadership theory(ILT) is a hypothesis about the traits and abilities that characterize an ideal leader, or a cognitive structure or schemas specifying traits and behaviors that subordinates expect of leaders. The models of information processing in ILT include recognition-based processing, inference-based processing, automat- ic processing and controlled processing. The factors influencing leadership include individual differences and cul- tural differences. Now we have no widely accepted questionnaires for the measurenent of leadership, and each has its own unique features. As a leadership theory, ILTs has not only great theoretic significance but also practical value.
