摘要
根据混合动力汽车(HEV)对MH/Ni电池组的应用要求,设计了电池管理系统。采用模块式结构,实现了对40组电池模块运行数据的实时精确采集,为准确判断电池的状况和估算电池的荷电状态(SOC)提供了依据。系统采用气体压力变化作为蓄电池组充电的控制参数,具有较强的抗干扰功能,丰富的故障诊断功能和可靠的CAN总线通讯功能。在HEV中的实际应用表明:系统运行良好,对MH/Ni电池组的SOC预测精度达到5%以内。
According to the application requirement of hybrid electric vehicle (HEV) for Ni/MH batteries, the battery management system which adopted module structure was designed. The system could realize the precise gathering to 40 modules, which could be used to estimate the state of batteries and calculate the state of charge(SOC). The system adopted the gas pressure as control parameter for charge of batteries, had good anti interference, abundant fault diagnosis and reliable CAN bus communication functions. Via the application in HEV,it showed that the prediction precision for SOC of Ni/MH batteries was under 5%.
