硅烷改性纳米Fe_3O_4磁性粒子的制备与表征 被引量:10

摘要 以氯化铁、氯化亚铁、氨水为原料,采用共沉淀法制得Fe3O4溶胶;用γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH-560)对其表面进行改性,制得有机硅改性的纳米Fe3O4磁性粒子。利用X射线衍射,傅立叶红外光谱,透射电镜,磁性能测量系统等手段对改性后纳米粒子的物相组成、化学成分、形貌和磁性能进行了研究。结果表明,经KH-560改性后的Fe3O4是反尖晶石结构,纯度高,晶体的平均粒径为12nm左右,在无水乙醇中呈现良好的分散性,室温下表现出超顺磁性,比饱和磁化强度为67.2A.m2/kg。 Fe3O4 sol was prepared by co -precipitation useing ferric chloride, ferrous chloride and ammonia water, and then nanosized Fe3O4 magnetic particles modified with coupling agent γ-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane ( KH - 560) were prepared. X - ray diffraction (XRD), fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), transmission electronic microscopy (TEM) and magnetization measurements were used to characterize the phase, chemical composition, appearance and magnetic characteristics of modified particles. The resuits showed that the magnetic nanoparticles exhibited an inverse spinel structure with an average diameter of 12nm. The dispersion properties of modified nanosized Fe3O4 magnetic particles in ethanol were improved. Moreover, the magnetic nanoparticles retained superparamagnetic behavior at room temperature, and the saturation magnetization was 67. 2 emu/g.
