摘要
一汽丰田(长春)发动机有限公司曲轴生产线采用硬质合金钻头并配合半干式加工(MQL)技术加工曲轴油孔。针对实际生产中频繁出现刀具折断的问题,结合MQL深孔钻削的技术特点,对加工原理、加工条件及加工工序等进行了分析,找出了问题存在的原因并制定了相应的改进措施。改进后刀具的折断率由使用初期的15%降低到1.5%,刀具寿命由原来的60件提高到100件。
FAW TOYOTA engine company crankshaft product line uses carbide tool and MQL technique to process crankshaft oil holes.In view of frequent break of carbide tool during production,and based on the characteristic of MQL deep holes drilling,the process mechanism, condition and procedure were analyzed,the reasons were found and the improvement methods were established.The breaking rate of improved carbide tool reduced from 15 % to 1.5 % and carbide tool life increased from 60 pieces to 100 pieces.
