摘要
针对一辆行驶3万km左右的2005款别克君威2.0轿车出现的发动机温度过高故障,从使用故障诊断仪检测故障码、散热器风扇控制电路分析、导线搭铁试接等方面,论述了故障检测与排除过程。由此指出,别克君威2.0轿车散热器风扇的运转由PCM根据发动机的温度和空调系统压力决定,不是一接通空调机风扇就运转,这一点与其他车系(如大众车系)不同,因此维修时应特别注意。
Aiming at the engine overheating trouble of a passenger car Buick Regal 2.0 with mileage around 30 000 km,the trouble detection and shooting process were discussed by using trouble detector to detect trouble code,radiator fan control circuit analysis and wire grounding connection etc.It is pointed out that operation of the radiator fan is controlled by PCM according to engine temperature and air condition system pressure,it is different with the other vehicles in which the fan starts to rotate as soon as the air conditioner is turned on,thus special attention should be given in the maintenance.
