临近居民区钢混凝土支撑梁爆破拆除施工技术 被引量:3

摘要 证大五道口大厦临近联洋花园居民区仅9.7 m,两道钢筋混凝土支撑梁3 850 m3采用爆破方式拆除。爆破采用小药量、预裂切割、微差起爆的爆破技术,使混凝土块度破碎均匀,"碎而不抛";防护采用覆盖防护、近体防护和保护性防护多重防护手段同时进行的防护方法,爆破达到预期效果。同时对临近的联洋花园采取了切实可行的防护措施,保证了相邻建筑物和周边环境的安全。 Two layers of Reinforced Concrete Conbined Shoring Beam System were dismantled by explosiom method in the foundation pit of Shanghai Wudaokou Zhengda Building situated only 9.7 meters from a neighbour residential building of Lianyang Garden. Their Reinforced Concrete volume reachs 3850m^3. Many techniques, such as application of small Explosive Amount, precutting creaks and micro difference blasting, were adopted to ensure the uniformity of size grading of blasted concrete blocks, "broken but not flown away ". Multiple methods such as covering protection, indirect protection and conservative protection were taken simultaneously in the construction site to reach the expected result. At the same time, effective arrangements were made in the residential area so as to ensure the safty of the adjacent buildings and protect the enviroment.
