在介绍EPC模式及其发展概况的基础上,从EPC模式的市场环境、建设项目业主、总承包商三方面分析了EPC项目管理模式在应用中普遍存在的问题,并就当前存在的问题提出了相关建议。

On the basis of the introduction of EPC mode and the development of the model, from three aspects of market environment of the EPC, construction project owners, and the general contractor,the common problems of EPC project management model in the application are analysised and the related advices of the existing problems are Proposed.
