摘要
分析了我国合成氨、尿素产业存在的问题、不足,型煤技术现状以及富氧连续气化未能在全国同行业全面推广的主要原因。介绍了富氧连续气化的优势及对合成氨工业发展的意义。讨论了中小氮肥厂采用型煤+变压吸附制氧+富氧连续气化组合模式对间歇制气合成氨工艺进行改造的发展前景。
This paper discusses the problems and disadvantages in ammonia/urea industry in China, reveals current situation of shaped coal technology, analyzes the reasons causing oxygen-rich air continuous process failing popularized in the industry.
