摘要
研制了一种基于微透镜阵列的光寻址电位阵列传感器,用以实现同一溶液中多种重金属离子的同时检测.采用脉冲激光沉积(PLD)技术在LAPS上制备Cu^2+、Cr^6+、Pb^2+、Fe^3+4种重金属离子的敏感薄膜,并利用微透镜阵列把单束激光转化成激光点阵作为LAPS阵列的光源,从而得到4×4的重金属离子敏感LAPS阵列,实现了对这4种重金属离子的检测.实验结果表明,LAPS阵列传感器能够同时检测浓度为10^-5~10^-3mol/L的以上4种金属离子混合溶液.
A light addressable potentiometric array sensor was designed to realize the simultaneous detection of multi-heavy metal ions in the same solution. The pulsed laser deposition(PLD)technique was used to prepare the thin film sensitive to Cu^2+ , Cr^6+ , Pb^2+ , Fe^3+ on the LAPS unit, and the micro-lens array was used to transfer the single laser beam to laser light array in this 4×4 LAPS array sensor sensitive to heavy metal ion. Based on four kinds of heavy metal ions in the same solution were detected. The experimental result indicated that the array can detect the solution containing Cu^2+ , Cr^6+ , Pb^2+ , Fe^3+ whose concentration is 10^-5-10^-3 mol/L.
