摘要
简要介绍了稀乙烯制乙苯专利技术的情况,对催化裂化干气制乙苯的三代技术进行了比较,对催化裂化干气脱丙烯技术进行了分析,对第二代、第三代技术进行了经济比较,结果表明,在于气制乙苯技术中采用吸收解吸法脱除催化裂化干气中的丙烯能有效降低装置的能耗和苯耗,第三代技术在产品质量、苯耗、能耗、投资等方面均优于第二代技术。
The patented dilute ethylene to ethylbenzene technology is briefly discussed. Three generations of FCC dry gas to ethylbenzene processes are technically compared. The process of removing propylene from FCC dry gas is analyzed and 2nd-generation and 3rd-generation processes are compared in respect of technoeconomics. The study shows that the application of absorption and desorption process to remove propylene from FCC dry gas in FCC dry gas to ethylbenzene process can effectively reduce the energy requirement and benzene consumption of the unit. Meanwhile, the 3rd-generation process is superior over 2nd-generation process in product quality, benzene consumption, energy consumption and investment, etc.
