人类蛋白编码基因外显子谱和同义密码子偏好的研究 被引量:2

Study on the Relationship Between Exonic Pattern and Codon Bias of Human Protein-coding Gene

摘要 从UCSC数据库提取基因序列,通过codon W软件进行密码子偏好性分析。比较分析不同外显子谱的人类蛋白编码基因密码子使用偏好,发现在多外显子基因中,随着基因外显子数增加,NNU和NNA型密码子RSCU值上升,NNC型密码子RSCU值下降,UUG密码子RSCU值增加,而其它NNG型密码子RSCU值下降。作为具有最少外显子数的基因,单外显子基因密码子RSCU值具有异常的表现,表明其具有和多外显子基因不同的起源和进化过程。 The gene sequence is gained from UCSC database, and the codon bias is analyzed using software codon W. The codon bias of human genes with different exon pattern is compared and analyzed. The results show that the increase in exon number of multiexonic genes will be followed by the decrease of RSCU value of NNC codons, and the increase in RSCU value of NNU/NNA codons will be followed by the decrease in RSCU value of NNG codons except for UUG, in which the RSCU value increases. Exon pattern may play an important role in codon bias. Although it has the least exon number, single exonic genes exhibits the abnormal characteristic of RSCU value, which hints that single exonic genes have different pathway of origin and evolution to multiexonic genes.
