Chemical Studies on the Saponin Compounds of Centella asiatica

摘要 目的:研究中药积雪草Centella asiatica(L.)Urban中的皂苷类化学成分。方法:利用各种色谱技术进行分离纯化,根据化合物的理化性质和光谱数据进行结构鉴定。结果:从积雪草苷提取物中分离得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为积雪草单糖苷(Ⅰ)、积雪草苷(Ⅱ)、积雪草二糖苷(Ⅲ)、积雪草酸(Ⅳ)、6β-羟基积雪草酸(Ⅴ)、α-L-鼠李糖(Ⅵ)。结论:化合物Ⅰ为首次从该科植物中分得,化合物Ⅵ为首次从该植物中分得。 Objective: To study the chemistry compounds in Centella asiatica. Methods: Isolated and purified compounds by kinds of chromatography technogies and identified them by their spectral data and physico-chemical properties. Results: Six compounds were isolated from the extract of Centella asiatica and their structures were identified as 2α, 3β, 23α-tetrahydroxyurs-12-ene-28-oic acid-28-O-β-D-glucopyranoside ( Ⅰ), asiaticoside (Ⅱ), asiaticodiglycoside (Ⅲ), asiatic acid (Ⅳ), 6β-OH-hydroxyasiatic acid ( Ⅴ), α-L-rhamnose (Ⅵ) . Conlusion : Compounds Ⅰ were isolated from this herb and this family for the first time. Compounds Ⅵ were isolated from this herb for the first time.
