人参的质量标准研究

Studies on the Quality Standard of Ginseng

目的:建立人参的质量标准。方法:对人参特征成分进行TLC鉴别及含量测定;测定人参样品中的重金属含量和农药残留量并提出人参中重金属和农残的限量标准。结果:方法简便、可靠、重现性好,平均回收率为98.1%(n=5),RSD=1.52%。结论:本研究可作为人参药材及制品的鉴别,丰富和完善了《中国药典》中人参的质量标准。

Objective： To establish the quality standard of ginseng. Methods： TLC identification and quantitative analyses of contents of effective constituents, the heavy metals and pesticides residues were determined and their residue limits were recommended. Results：The average recovery was found to be 98.1% with calculated RSD of l. 52% （n = 5 ） , indicating a good accuracy in this method. Conclusion： The method can effectively apply not only in the identification of ginseng in whole root powder, but also in their different formulations, such as capsule, granule, tablet, candy, oral liquid, beer etc. ,to modify the Chinese Pharmacopoeia.
