乳安巴布剂体外透皮吸收研究

Transdermal Absorption of Ru'an Cataplasm in Vitro

目的:以乳安巴布剂中芍药苷为检测指标,研究不同浓度氮酮对该制剂体外透皮吸收的影响。方法:采用改良Franz扩散池进行体外透皮试验,HPLC测定接受液中芍药苷含量。结果:不同浓度氮酮对芍药苷均有促渗作用,3%氮酮对芍药苷的促渗作用最强。结论:氮酮浓度为3%时促渗效果最佳,为该制剂的深入研究提供了依据。

Objective： To study the effect of azone at different concentration on transdermal absorption of Ru＇ an cataplasm, in which paeoniflorin was determined. Methods： Using frans diffusion cell to conduct experiment in vitro, was analyzed by HPLC. Results： Azone at diffirent concentration could all promote the permeability of the paeoniflorin, 3 % azone has the best permeation-enhancing effect. Conclusion： 3 % azone has the best permeation-enhancing effect, the results provide basis for the in-depth reseach on Ru＇an cataplasm.
