摘要
目的:建立测定盆炎康颗粒中芍药苷含量的RP-HPLC方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,Kromasil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水溶液(15:85),流速为1.0mL·min^(-1),检测波长为230nm,柱温为27℃。结果:芍药苷在0.2~1μg与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 3),加样回收率在99%~101%,平均回收率为101.18%,RSD=1.23%(n=5)。结论:本方法简便、准确,重现性好,适用于盆炎康颗粒中芍药苷含量的测定。
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for determination of the content of peoniflorin in penyankang granules. Methods: A Kromasil C18 column (250mm × 4.6mm, 5μm)with a solvent system consisting of acetonitrile-water(15:85) was used with a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min^-1 and the detecting wavelength was 230nm. The column temperature was27℃. Results : The peoniflorin showed good linear correlation within0.2-1 μg ( r = 0. 999 3 ), The average recovery of peoniflofin was 101.18 % with RSD of 1.23 % (n = 5 ). Conclusion: The method is simple and can be used to determine peoniflorin with satisfactory accuracy and reproducibility.
