摘要
目的:制备平心颗粒并建立其质量控制标准。方法:采用高效液相色谱法测定丹参中的丹参素含量,HPLC的色谱柱为C_(18)(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-磷酸(15:85:0.014 2),检测波长为280nm,流速为1.0mL·min^(-1)。结果:丹参素在进样量0.28~1.4μg线性关系良好,r=0.996 4,平均回收率为98.4%,RSD=0.79% (n=3)。结论:处方合理,制备工艺可行,质控方法专属性强、重现性好,可作为平心颗粒的质量控制标准。
Objcetive: To prepare Pingxin granules and establish its quality control standards. Methods: Rhizoma coptidis and the content of salvia mihiorrhiza's salvia mihiorrhiza was determined by HPLC in the Pingxin granule. HPLC was applied with a C18 column,and the mobile phase of methanol-1% Acetic acid solution (15:85:0. 014 2), and the detection wavelength was 280nm, and the flow rate was 1.0mL·min^-1. Results: Ferulic acid showed a good linear relationship at a range of 0.28 - 1.4μg, r =0. 996 4. The average recovery was 98.4% , RSD =0. 79% (n = 5 ). Conclusion: The formula was reasonable, the preparation method was feasible, and the quality control methods have high selectivity and good reproducibility, which can be used as the quality control methods of Pingxin granules.
