中国油气短缺已是客观现实。未来中国油气产量和油气需求之间的缺口还会进一步加大,石油进口量也将不断增加。中国石油高层次人才缺乏是导致中国油气短缺的重要原因,直接体现在利用油气资源的能力和水平偏低;分享全球油气资源的能力和水平偏低。油气工业的可持续发展要求加强国内油气资源的开发利用,积极分享世界油气资源,同时节能增效,大力开发替代能源。油气工业未来发展迫切需要培养具有国际视野和长远发展战略目标的创新人才。

It is already an incontestable fact that oil and gas resources in China are in shortage and the gap between demand and supply will widen further. Thus, the oil import will also increase continually. The reason for oil and gas shortage mainly lies in the insufficien- cy of high qualified professionals, which causes the low efficiency in oil and gas resources utilization and low level and capability in sharing the global oil and gas resources. The sustainable development of oil and gas industry calls for strengthened development and uti- lization of domestic petroleum resources and active sharing of resources in the world so as to enhance the efficiency, conduct conservation and greatly develop alternative energies. The future development of oil and gas industry relies on the cultivation of innovative talents with international view and long-term strategic aims.
