对近几年的文献资料进行分析、综合、归纳。介绍肝微粒体体外温孵法、肝细胞体外温孵法、离体肝灌流及器官组织切片法。其中,肝细胞体外温孵法是当今药物体外肝代谢研究的热点,对新药研究与开发及正确指导临床合并用药有着巨大的推动作用,将对其进行重点论述。
According to recent materials, Introduce liver microsome incubations in vitro, liver cell incubations in vitro, isolated perfused liver and liver slices, respectively.
