大学生血清谷胱甘肽含量和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶活力检测与意义

Determination of Serum Glutathione Level and Glutathione S-transferase Activity in Healthy College Students

应用化学比色法、CDNB直接测定法分析了97名18～22岁健康大学生血清谷胱甘肽（GSH）水平和谷胱甘肽S-转移酶（GST）活性。结果显示：GSH含量和GST活性分别为0424±0．078mmol/L和44．62±8．87U／ml；男、女生间均无显著性差异（P＞0．20，P＞020）。该两项指标可在一定程度上反映大学生机体抗氧化及解毒系统的代谢水平。

The level of glutathione (GSH)and the activity of glutathione S- transferase (GST)in serum were analysed in 97 healthy college students aged 18-22 years with the methods of chemical colorimetry and CDNB direct determination respectively. The results showed that the GSH comtents and the GST activity were 0.424±0.078mmol/L and 44.62±8.87U/ml respectively, no significant gender differences were found. It is concluded that these two indexes might represent the matabolism levels of the anti-oxidation and detoxification systerm in the students' bodies to a certain extent.
