大学生心理障碍高危人群筛查方法的探讨

A study on the methods for screening the high risk group of psychological disorders in college students

目的：探讨大学生心理障碍病危人群的筛查方法，为建立心理档案，促进精神健康服务。方法：采用EPQ、SCL－90和UPI心理测试方法并进行比较研究。结果：从众多心理测试方法中筛选出EPQ（一贯个性特征）和SCL－90（近期精神健康状况）两种方法可作为筛查工具，UPI虽与EPQ和SCL-90有一定相关性，但假阴性和假阳性率较高。结论：大学生心理障碍高危人群筛查和精神健康与个性完善衡量，以EPQ和SCL-90联合应用较为相宜。

Objective:To explore the methods for screening the high risk group of psychological diorders, in order to establish the psychological files and to improve mental health. Method:EPQ,SCL-90 and UPI were used to investigate and compare in 1908 new college students for 3 years. Result:SCL-90 was selected for determining mental health and psychological disorders in the near future;Long term personality and moral quality can be decided by EPQ.UPI was to some extent correlated with EPQ and SCL-90,but it had a higher fales positive rate. Conclusion:SCL-90 and EPQ are effective methods for estabilshing the psychological personality files and judging mental health in college students when they are comprehensive utilized. UPI can be used for initially screening the mental health in college students.
