摘要
近年来,中国房地产业取得了快速发展,拉动国民经济稳定增长,但全国各个地区产业发展却极不平衡,尤其是中国东部和西部地区。从区域发展的角度,对东、西部地区的房地产开发投资水平进行了SHTO理论验证;同时,从人口发展、产业发展、宏观经济发展三个方面选取变量对SHTO值进行回归拟合,探讨了区域间房地产发展水平的影响因素,并且对东西部房产开发投资水平进行了比较。
