乡村医生细菌耐药性相关知识的调查

Investigation on the community doctors' knowledge of bacterial drug resistance

目的:了解从化地区乡村医生对细菌耐药性知识的认识以及抗生素使用情况,加强对乡村医生合理用药的管理,减少细菌耐药性的发生;方法:采用问卷调查的方法,对从化地区415名乡村医生进行细菌耐药性相关知识调查。结果:乡村医生对细菌耐药性认识水平相对欠缺,抗生素使用不合理情况严重;结论:应加强对乡村医生进行耐药性相关知识的培训,督促其合理使用抗生素,从而控制细菌耐药性的增强。

Object：Realiaing in Cong Hua district community doctor＇s knowledge of bacterial drug resistance and antibiotic use and strengthening the management of the rational drug use in community doctor in order to reduce the incidence of bacterial drug resistance.Method：Survey the 415 community doctors＇ knowledge of bacterial drug resistance in Cong Hua district by questionnaire. Result：Community doctors lack of awareness in bacterial drug resistance, irrational use of antibiotics is in serious condition. Conclusion：We should strengthen the training for community doctors＇ the level of awareness in bacterial drug resistaace and promote rational use of antibiotic, to control the enhancing of bacterial drug resistance.
