摘要
随着现代战争对武器装备要求的不断提高,火控系统在坦克武器系统中发挥着越来越大的作用。机械镜炮同步是手动工况下,坦克武器系统的一个重要的战技指标。同步精度的高低将直接影响手动工况下的射击精度。四连杆机构是广泛采用的一种实现机械镜炮同步的机构。阐述了利用四连杆机构实现镜炮同步的原理,对传递精度进行了分析,提出了进行装调的简便方法。
Fire control system (FCS) is becoming more and more important in the tank weapon system with the increasing requirements of weapons in the modern warfare. Meehanic mirror and gun synchronization is an important tactical and technical specification in manual operating mode for the tank weapon system. Synchronizing precision directly influences firing accuracy in manual operating mode. Quadric crank mechanism is widespread in the mechanism of mirror and gun synchronization. This paper presents principle of the quadric crank mechanism in the mirror and gun synchronization, analyzes transfer precision, proposes a simple method to assemble and adjust the quadric crank mechanism.
