The Breakthrough Point of Teacher Continuing Education:Teachers' Internal Demand for Learning

摘要 教师学习是学校效能提升的关键,而如何让教师更有效地学习,促进教师专业发展,切入点应从教师的内在学习需求入手。教师的内在学习需求包含两层含义:一是教师的现实需求,是为了解决目前遇到的教育教学困难;二是教师的价值需求,是为了满足教师的能力提升和理论提升。本文试图通过反思教师继续教育存在的问题和从教师作为人的内在学习需求的角度探讨教师继续教育的主要策略。 Teachers' learning is the key to promoting school efficiency, The breakthrough point of promoting the teachers' professional development is the internal learning demands for learning, which includes two aspects: realistic demand and valuable demand. The former originated from the teachers' demand for resolving the realistic difficulty of education, and the latter originated from the teachers' demand for improving their ability of theory and practice. This article tries to explore the main strategies of teacher continuing education front the perspective of teachers' internal learning demand as human beings.
