危机是社会、人生和企业的常态,危机管理是人类的永恒话题。本文以管理史为背景,参照学科规范,超越制度壁垒、文化差异、意识形态等壁垒,以科学管理为逻辑起点,站在历史、哲学、文化多学科的高度,回顾管理实践,展望未来前景,审视字母汤方法,倡导多学科视野,分析危机成因,探讨危机管理策略。

A common phenomenon of society, human life and enterprise is crisis, whose management is a ever - lastiag topic of mankind. In this paper, taking management history as a background, referring to subject pattern, surmounting the bulwark of systems and ideology, cultural differences, looking at the uses of acronym critically, we have promoted a multi- subject view, analyzed crisis causes and explored the means of crisis man- agement. While doing the research we also take history, philosophy and culture into account, reviewing management practice and looking into the future and starting logically from scientific management.
