摘要
随着全球经济的迅速发展,跨国经营已成为企业融入这个全球村经济的必经途径,由于各国的文化差异,跨国经营面临的一个重要问题是不同国家之间的文化差异和文化冲突,企业在进行跨国经营管理时必须面对跨文化管理的机遇和挑战。本文通过分析跨文化管理中的文化差异根源、文化差异对跨国经营的影响,提出了跨文化管理的策略。
With the rapid develepment of the economic globalization, multinational operation is a must for a company to melt into global economy. Because of the cultural differences, culture conflictit becomes a very important problem in multinational operation. A company have to face the opportunity and chanllenge of intercultural management when a company is doing multinational operation. This paper analyzes the root of cultural differences and the influence because of the cultural differences to the multinational operation , it puts forward cross - cultural management strategies.
