摘要
随着我国社会主义市场经济制度日益完善,公路建筑市场竞争日趋激烈,对于每个公路施工企业来说,面临的首要问题就是能否在公路工程项目投标过程中处于有利形势,最终在市场竞争中获得生存与发展。该文从科学决策、有效组织、合理报价三个方面对公路工程项目投标方法进行了探索。对公路工程项目的承包商进行投标报价,承揽工程有一定的参考意义。
With the growing perfection of the system of our Chinese Socialist Market Economics, competitions in the highway construction market are growing more and more fierce. The most critical problem facing every company in this reahn is that whether can they take advantage of others in the process of highway project tendering, and finally get more opportunity to survive and develop. This artieal explores highway project tender in 3 aspects: Scientific decision - making, Effective organization and Reasonable Price, and this will be helpful for the contractors of highway projects in bidcling and in contracting the project.
