摘要
论文运用因素重构法对近期和中期天津市非公有制经济人才发展趋势进行预测,指出人才需求发展速度将非常迅猛,并从政策法规、社会保障、借鉴外地经验、留才机制、职业教育、经理人培训等方面提出天津市非公有制经济人才发展对策建议。
This paper implements short term and mid term forcasting of talents of the non public owned economy in Tianjin through method of the Factor Reconstruction. It points to the rapid development in needs for talents . The paper also puts forward suggestions of countermeasure for Tianjin' s non public owned economy talents in terms of the policy and regulation, the social security, employing other places experiences, retention mechanism, professional education and managers training, etc.
