摘要
当今世界已步入知识经济时代,推行知识管理的策略,对高校管理发展具有重要的意义。本文结合国内外学者的研究,从理论上讨论和划分了高校教师知识管理能力的构成,以江苏高校为研究范围,在预研的基础上设计相应的调查问卷,然后通过实地调研获得江苏省具有代表性的主要高校的数据,运用模糊综合评价方法,在现状分析的基础上得到相应的评价机制,对目前江苏高校教师知识管理能力建设的有关政策和发展规划的制定有一定理论指导意义。
Today' s world has come into the era of Knowledge Economy, and the strategy of spreading knowledge management is vital for the development of colleges. With the reference to the former research of scholars both from China and abroad, this paper analyzes and categorizes the strncture of college teacher' s knowledge management abilities. It takes Jiangsu Province as an example, based on pre - research, designs and sends questionnaires to get statics from typical colleges in Jiangsu, and by using Comprehensive Evaluation Method, sets up an evaluating system based on analysis of status quo. Thus this paper would provide some theoretical direction for the establishing of policies and developing plans concerning on the improvement of college teacher' s knowledge management abilities in Jiangsu.
